Are linen and towels provided?
Yes we provide a large bath towel and hand towel per person and all the beds are made up for your arrival.
Is there parking at the chalet?
There is private parking at all our chalets.
How do I get to the chalet?

What time can I arrive at the chalet?
We aim to have the chalets clean and ready for guests by 3pm on changeover day, you can turn up earlier and leave bags and go for a walk round town while we finish off the chalet.
Are your chalets pet friendly?
Our chalets are pet friendly as we do welcome small, well behaved dogs. However, pets are not allowed in our chalets in Les Gets, please check with us before booking.
When do we need to vacate the chalet by on the last day of our summer alpine holiday?
Please leave the chalet by 10am
Do we need to clean the chalet when we leave?
We ask guests to remove all rubbish and food, leave the dishwasher empty, strip the beds and leave the kitchen spotless, clean the BBQ if you used it and then we will then clean the rest
