Mont D'Evian is a lovely bright studio, measuring 30sqm and sleeps 4 with a double bed and 2 fold down bunks. The studio has a fully equipped kitchenette (2 electric rings, oven, microwave, fridge), dining table and chairs, sofa, bathroom & plenty of storage and hanging space. The studio faces south and gets sun all day through the French doors which lead onto a large balcony. The balcony has an outdoor table, chairs and a parasol.

Cote De Arbroz is an exceptionally bright spacious studio, 36sqm. The studio sleeps 4 with a double bed and 2 bunks that fold down. It has a fully equipped kitchenette (2 electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge), dining table and chairs and a large sofa, there is plenty of storage and hanging space. There is a new bathroom with shower attachment in the bath and French doors lead onto a large south facing balcony. A table, chairs and parasol are provided. An extra bed can easily be added for a fifth person.

Roc D'Enfer is a bright spacious apartment measuring 42sqm, sleeping 4. There is a bedroom with 2 bunks and the main room has a double bed and a three seater sofa. The bathroom is spacious and has a full size bath with a shower attachment. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, with 4 hobs (2 electric & 2 gas), an oven, a microwave and a fridge and there is a dining table and chairs. French doors lead onto a large south facing balcony which has an outdoor table and chairs, parasol and clothes line.The view from the balcony is just spectacular. An extra bed can easily be added for a fifth person.

Second Floor. New one bedroom apartment
(sleeps 4-5) and a studio apartment (sleeps 2-4)

Nantauxis a newly renovated spacious one bedroom apartment measuring approx 50 sqm. This apartment sleeps 4-6 with a kingsize bed in a separate good sized ensuite bedroom and then 2 singles beds and a fold out double sofa bed in the main room. In the main room there is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge & 4 ring electric hob, dining table and chairs, sofa and armchair and 2 single beds. The mains room also has an ensuite shower room off it and the two rooms have French doors leading onto an adjoining balcony.

Mont Chery is a bright studio, measuring 28 sqm and has terrific views being on the top floor. The studio sleeps 2-4 with a double bed and then 2 single beds up the stairs on a mezanine. It has a fully equipped kitchenette (2 electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge), dining table and chairs and a large sofa, there is plenty of storage and hanging space. There is a bathroom with shower attachment in the bath and French doors lead onto a large south facing balcony. A table, chairs and parasol are provided.

Ressachaux is located next to Mont Chery, measuring 28 sqm and has terrific views being on the top floor. The studio sleeps 2-4 with a double bed and then 2 single beds up the stairs on a mezanine. It has a fully equipped kitchenette (2 electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge), dining table and chairs and a large sofa, there is plenty of storage and hanging space. There is a bathroom with shower attachment in the bath and French doors lead onto a large south facing balcony. A table, chairs and parasol are provided.

Location

The chalet is in an idyllic location, situated in a tiny picturesque hamlet called Essert La Pierre, 4km from the centre of Morzine. The hamlet sits up high on the north side of the valley which means we enjoy the sun all day long as well as fantastic views down the valley. It is a very peaceful location, ideal for those who really want to enjoy fresh mountain air and have complete peace at night. It is also a nice safe environment for families. The local supermarket is a 2 minute drive away and you can easily cycle into Morzine (15 minutes) or walk (1 hour) along a lovely route by the river.

Garden

Guests are welcome to relax and soak up the sun in our lovely garden that has a BBQ, swings, boules area, table tennis table and trout pond.
