Various catering options

During summer & autumn, you can choose whether you have your chalet on a self-catering basis, fully catered or maybe just have dinner cooked for you for one or more nights during your stay. If you choose to stay at Cairn Lodge, you can opt to stay on a B&B basis with the daily option of also having dinner.

If you choose self catering in any of our other chalets, all our kitchens are kitted out fully, ensuring you have the necessary tools for the job!

Chalet catering service

Food is a very important part of any holiday and therefore, Reach4thealps offer a choice of catering options during the summer & autumn.

B&B in Cairn Lodge includes breakfast which would consist of a daily cooked special (bacon & eggs, pancakes, scrambled eggs, etc), complemented by a buffet spread, including fruit juice, a selection of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, croissants and freshly baked bread.

In all our chalets we offer the option of having our staff come & cook you dinner. We would serve three courses, accompanied by our good quality house wines. Dinner is followed by a local cheese board and tea or coffee in the sitting room. We also cater for vegetarians and vegans and will do our best to cater for guests with special dietary requirements such as allergies (please do let us know at time of booking).

Children's Meals: After a long day outdoors, kids often can't wait until 8pm to eat and you may want to enjoy your dinner, children-free, so we are happy to offer children's meals at an earlier time, usually served about 6pm. Typical meals include spaghetti bolognaise, followed by fruit salad and ice-cream or roast pork with apple sauce, roast potatoes and carrots, followed by chocolate mousse. All children's meals (as the adults' meals) are homemade.

Evening catering is offered to groups of 6 or more adults at a cost of €25 per person per night. Children's meals are offered in conjunction with adult catering & cost €15 per child per night. You may choose to just have one or more catered dinners during your stay.
