Why not join us for a luxury late spring break & learn some new cooking skills at theFabrice Beaube same time! We are offering a catered 3 night break in our luxury chalet Brown Bear Lodge.
This is a rare opportunity to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains & learn some new culinary skills from a talented & fun chef.

We are delighted to introduce Fabrice Beaube, a French chef who will be running this Masterclass cookery course.

Fabrice trained as a chef in Paris & then gained valuable experience in five star hotels & restaurants in Paris, Germany & Montreal as well as working with top chefs such as Paul Rankin. He was runner up in Masterchef of the year UK 2004 & 2006. Fabrice's style is contemporary French cuisine with influences from around the world. He now lives in Morzine with his English wife Tamsin.

Your holiday

A typical day will include 3-4 hours of hands on tuition with Fabrice, an activity of your choice such as white water rafting, a game of golf or maybe a walk. We will arrange the activities & transport for you, take a look at our Activity pages for what this area has to offer. Your evenings will be spent eating & drinking fabulous French food & wine....its a tough life!

Bring your friends & family

If you'd like to bring your partner or maybe a friend or two but they dont want to participate in the Masterclass, then they can partake in additional activities or maybe relax in the hot tub or do a spot of shopping.

Cost

The cost is €560 euros per person including the Masterclass or €310 euros per person excluding the Masterclass. We need a minimum of 6 students to run the course & a maximum of 8 students. If you are interested in coming alone or are a small group, please contact us as we will hopefully be able to accommodate you. Please note that we do not charge a single supplement.
